Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items, especially fragile glass jars or fragrance oils, ensuring they are protected to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked courier service to send your package to our designated returns facility in Northern Ireland.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our team will inspect the goods for quality assurance and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
